Embroidery

When I went to the Reykjavík School of Housewives I got to experience the many aspects of embroidery for the first time. Even though tailoring and dressmaking is where my passion lies I really enjoy the delicate process of embroidery and I feel lucky to have been able to learn this trade. Here are samples of embroidery work I have made, most of them I did during my time at the School of Housewives and then some by my self after. The pearl stitch I made during my dressmaking studies.
